CORE POLICY:
Aftermarket Cores - We Do Not accept Aftermarket units or cores as a core for refund. Core returned must match the OEM manufacturer.
Core Description - The core is the old steering rack & pinion unit that is being removed from your vehicle. The core being returned must match the OE unit purchased.
Core Return Shipping - It is the buyers responsibility to ship the core back to our facility unless otherwise specified.
Core Refund - Core must be returned to our facility within 30 days of purchase. Core will be inspected for damages. No credit will be given for any units with broken or cracked housings. Core refunds take 3-5 days to process once we receive the core in house. Core refund will be given in money back. If you can see your core is Broken, Bent, or Does Not Turn, Please do not ship it back to our facility. You will not receive core credit on such damages. We do not want you to lose out on shipping cost by sending a broken or bad core to us.
WARRANTY - HYDRAULIC UNIT POLICY:
Limited Lifetime Warranty on most vehicle applications - Exclusions apply. Must return the core for the Limited Lifetime Warranty Activation.
Limited 1 Year Warranty on any Heavy Duty steering application. Must return the core for the Limited Lifetime Warranty Activation.
1 Year on most Custom steering application.
Race application steering units have No Warranty.
All Steering units are Production Stamped for simple warranty verification.
Warranty covers replacement or repair for your steering rack & pinion unit only.
WARRANTY - ELECTRONIC UNIT POLICY:
30 Day Warranty on any full Electronic Steering unit.
Warranty VOID if electronic unit has been tampered with.
Electronic Rack must be in original condition for Warranty.
All Steering units are production stamped for simple warranty verification.

SHIPPING POLICY:
When a product is listed with Free Shipping, the Free Shipping only applies to the Contiguous United States. All other locations have additional shipping fees.
Advantage Steering may use UPS, FEDEX, USPS or any other shipping carrier at our discretion.

We do not ship to any PO BOX.
RETURN POLICY:
Purchase must be returned within 15 days of original receipt.
The purchased unit must be in original condition, original packaging, and unused.
Any return due to Shipper error will be refunded in full.
Any returns due to Buyer error will be subject to 10% restock fee.
No Returns on any Electronic unit that has been tampered with.
No Returns on any Electronic unit that has been installed.
Electric Racks cannot be installed for new return.
